By using our site (www.frankiebakes.com) and placing an order, you’re agreeing to the terms below. We like to keep things simple — just like our ingredients — but it’s important stuff, so here’s the fine print:

1. The Basics

Frankie Bakes LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) owns and operates this site.
By using it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree, that’s okay — but you won’t be able to place an order.
We may update these terms occasionally. If we do, we’ll post the updates here, and they’ll take effect right away.

2. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you’re saying:

  • Everything you entered is accurate (especially your address — cookies deserve a safe trip).
  • You’re authorized to use the payment method you provided.
  • You understand that orders are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason (like suspected fraud or if an item sells out faster than expected).

3. Shipping & Delivery

We bake everything fresh to order and take care to make sure your cookies arrive in great shape. Here’s what to know:

Shipping Rates & Discounts

We offer up to $20 off standard shipping on orders of $100 or more, before taxes and shipping.

  • If your shipping cost is $20 or less, shipping is on us.
  • If shipping exceeds $20, you’ll only pay the difference.
  • Larger orders requiring multiple shipping boxes may incur additional shipping charges.
  • Any applicable shipping discounts and additional charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Our shipping offer applies to eligible U.S. orders and cannot be combined with other shipping promotions unless otherwise stated.

Shipping & Delivery Times

  • All cookies are baked fresh to order. Estimated delivery dates and shipping costs are provided at checkout.
  • Shipping and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order is with the carrier, delivery is subject to their schedule.
  • Delays can happen due to weather, holidays, carrier disruptions or other circumstances beyond our control. We’ll always do our best to help if an issue comes up.
  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes or corrections once an order has shipped.

Larger & Corporate Orders

Planning something bigger? Orders requiring multiple shipping boxes or deliveries to multiple addresses may have additional shipping costs.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because our cookies are perishable, all sales are final.
That said, if something’s wrong with your order, email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right wherever we can.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and can change at any time.
Payment is collected at checkout through secure, trusted providers.

6. Intellectual Property

Everything on our site — logos, photos, copy, you name it — belongs to Frankie Bakes LLC.
Please don’t use, copy, or distribute our content without permission. It’s ours — built from scratch, just like everything we make.

7. Limits of Liability

We’re committed to doing things right, but:

  • We’re not responsible for indirect, incidental, or unexpected damages from using our site or products.
  • If there’s ever an issue, the most we’ll owe you is the amount you paid for your order.

Our cookies are made with care, but are sold “as is” without any guarantees beyond what’s required by law.
