On the other hand, we locally source eggs from pasture-raised hens that are free to roam around and forage on bugs and grass. This makes their eggs more nutritious and more delicious.

Organic Cane Sugar
We use Wholesome Organic Cane, Light Brown, and Dark Brown Sugars in our recipes.

We make our own caramel in-house with only organic heavy cream, organic dark brown sugar, sea salt, and organic vanilla. It’s labor intensive, but it’s worth it to keep our cookies clean.
We searched far and wide for clean caramel. All the available options contained artificial ingredients like “caramel color, “vanillin,” highly processed seed oils, high fructose corn syrup, “natural” flavors, artificial colors FD&C yellow #6 aluminum lake, FD&C yellow #5, aluminum lake, or FD&C blue #2 aluminum lake. Woof!
