Our cookies are unique,
but we wish they weren't.
Most flour in the U.S...
… comes from grains heavily sprayed with glyphosate and other pesticides. They are then stripped of their nutrients during processing and “enriched” with synthetic vitamins made in a lab.
No thanks —
not for our families.
Frankie Bakes only with organic stone-milled flour, completely free from GMOs, pesticides or herbicides.
That’s why every bite of our cookies delivers real flavor, rich texture, and the kind of depth only clean, nutrient-dense flour can bring.

The majority of prepared foods in the United States...
… are made with ultra-processed cooking oils that are extracted with industrial solvents. Mmm, pardon?
Or, they’re made using conventional dairy (ie: butter from cows treated with hormones and fed GMO corn and soy which are sprayed with pesticides).
Frankie Bakes only with grass-fed butter churned from the milk of cows who graze the highest quality, nutrient packed grass, year round.
The result? A richer, creamier cookie with real depth — no shortcuts, no aftertaste, just better butter.

Most eggs...
… found in grocery stores and food products (yes, even in restaurants) come from hens raised in cages and fed GMO grains, synthetic vitamins, minerals and antibiotics.
On the other hand, we source eggs from pasture-raised hens that are free to roam around and forage on bugs and grass. This makes their eggs more nutritious and more delicious than ones from cage-raised hens.
Frankie Bakes only with eggs from pasture-raised hens. It’s simple math:
Eggs from happy hens = cookies that make you happy.
When the eggs are better, the cookies don’t just taste delicious — they taste honest.
OR
It’s the kind of ingredient that doesn’t need to be dressed up — just tasted to be believed.
OR
Better eggs mean richer dough, deeper flavor, and cookies that are downright delicious.
